Kayode AYIN-OLUWA is a manager for Information Risk at Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc, (a member of Standard Bank Group), prior to joining Stanbic IBTC, he was a senior consultant with the Risk Advisory Practice at Deloitte.
Kayode performed several security reviews for Unix and Windows systems. He also performed numerous security assessments for other financial services applications. Kayode and his team conducted security audits for over 30% of the companies listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange and over 75% of the telecommunication corporations in Nigeria.
Kayode is a Certified Information Systems Auditor, a certified Fraud Examiner and a COBIT 5 lead implementer. He has also completed over 20 leadership courses with Harvard Business School.
Kayode is also the founder and president of a world-changing charity organisation - Smile Care Initiative (est. 2006). Smile Care Initiative is fully incorporated as a non-governmental organisation (NGO) in Canada and Nigeria. The NGO currently has a membership base of over 1,000 members and many more volunteers across the world with outreaches and development programs in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Finland and Nigeria.
In the last decade, Smile Care Initiative has improved the lives of individuals by mainly: Showing the love of God to mankind and positively influencing the lives of people and leading them to Christ. Smile Care Initiative has gone about achieving its main goals (i.e. to evangelize and tell of God's love) in diverse ways most of which have been through donations to food banks, constructing educational libraries, water-wells, organizing novelty football matches; food drives, barbecue cookouts and educational movie clips.
